lenormand.live provides an online experience based on traditional Lenormand layouts, including line spreads, cross spreads, nine fields, Grand Tableau, love spreads, yes/no, decision guides, daily readings, AI-generated text reports, learning materials, and optional memberships.

Paid interpretations and memberships are digital content; prices are shown on the relevant pages. We may change features, spreads, pricing, and presentation.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make a payment, or use paid features. By paying or registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. The service is for personal, non-commercial entertainment and self-reflection.

You must provide truthful information. You may not use the Platform for illegal activity, harassment, infringement, malware, or automated scraping that disrupts the service. Bypassing paywalls, cracking reports, or bulk-abusing AI APIs is prohibited. We may restrict accounts or IP addresses that violate these rules.

One-time unlocks and memberships are processed via Stripe (card / wallet) and, for certain locales, Alipay. After successful payment, access is granted for the corresponding order or membership entitlement. Keep your return links and order references safe.

Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you purchase a membership:

• Billing renews automatically at the stated interval (e.g. monthly or yearly) until you cancel;
• You can cancel via your account settings or by emailing [email protected] before the next renewal;
• After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period unless we state otherwise;
• We may change membership prices with reasonable notice; continued renewal after notice constitutes acceptance where allowed by law;
• Quotas and benefits are described on the pricing page and may be updated.

Site UI, copy, layout logic, AI prompt design, graphics, and brand marks are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy them for commercial use or to build competing products without permission. Traditional Lenormand symbols and public-domain knowledge are excluded, but our specific expressions remain protected.

We may suspend or interrupt services for maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or force majeure, and will try to give reasonable notice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses from such interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI interpretations are for entertainment and self-reflection only and are not professional advice (see Disclaimer). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country provide otherwise. Disputes should first be resolved amicably by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved, courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
