Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 July 2026

Welcome to lenormand.live (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use our online Lenormand readings, AI interpretation reports, learning content, memberships, and paid features. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy.

1. Data controller / operator

The data controller (operator) of this Platform is:

  • Legal name: 你的公司全称 Ltd
  • Trading name: Lenormand Live
  • Country: United Kingdom
  • Registered address: 注册地址
  • Company number: 公司编号
  • Contact: [email protected]
  • Website: https://lenormand.live

If an address or company number line appears blank, the corresponding field has not yet been published; contact us at [email protected] for the current registered details. These details are intended to match our payment provider account.

2. Information we collect

To provide Lenormand readings and related features, we may collect:

  • Information you provide: reading questions, decision options, account email, and payment-related order identifiers.
  • Technical and log data: browser type, language preference, access times, page paths, and approximate device information, used for security and service improvement.
  • Payment information: Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe (and Alipay for certain locales). Sensitive payment data such as full card numbers are handled by those providers; we typically receive only order id, payment status, amount, and similar necessary details, and we do not store full card numbers.
  • Cookies and local storage: used for language settings, session restoration, payment return state, and similar essential functions. You can manage cookies in your browser.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use personal data to:

  • Generate and display Lenormand spreads and AI interpretation reports (performance of a contract / legitimate interests);
  • Complete paid unlocks, memberships, order verification, and customer support (performance of a contract);
  • Send transactional emails (e.g. account verification) and, where you have consented or law allows, optional content such as daily horoscope emails (consent / legitimate interests);
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and attacks, and improve site performance (legitimate interests / legal obligation);
  • Comply with accounting, tax, and lawful authority requests (legal obligation).

Where UK GDPR / GDPR applies, the bases above are indicative; mandatory local rules prevail.

4. AI interpretation and third-party services

AI interpretations are powered by third-party large language model providers (such as Google Gemini). Your question text and selected card details (card names, position labels, etc.) may be sent to those providers solely to generate your report. We aim to transfer only what is necessary for the feature.

Payment processing (Stripe, Alipay), email delivery, hosting, and similar operations may also use third parties, each governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only:

  • With your consent;
  • With processors needed for payments, email, hosting, or AI generation, under appropriate contracts;
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect users and the public.

6. Retention and international transfers

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy:

  • Account and authentication data: while the account remains active, then a reasonable wind-down period;
  • Order and payment records: typically up to 7 years where needed for accounting, chargebacks, and legal obligations;
  • Reading session / unlock records: for the period needed to deliver the purchased report and handle disputes;
  • Support emails: for a reasonable period after the thread closes.

Our servers or processors may be located outside your country (including outside the UK / EEA). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the provider’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including UK GDPR / GDPR where it applies), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, withdraw email marketing consent, or object to certain processing. Contact [email protected]; we aim to respond within 30 days.

You must be at least 18 years old to use paid features and create an account. The Platform is not directed at children.

8. Policy updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
